Civic Quarter comprises two landmark 13-storey commercial office buildings in Canberra. Designed as premier, flexible workplaces, CQ1 and CQ2 offer expansive, light-filled office spaces, bespoke fitouts, end-of-trip facilities, and high-quality retail and hospitality amenities, supporting contemporary business needs and sustainable workplace practices. The project has been recognised for its design excellence, receiving the 2020 Project of the Year award.

Working with the teams on CQ1 and CQ2, we were able to balance design ambition with regulatory requirements to create premier commercial office spaces that support modern flexible workplaces everyone can enjoy.
