As access consultants for the One City Hill commercial building in Canberra, we provided comprehensive design review services from initial concept through to Occupation Certificate. This prominent development, part of the larger Canberra City Precinct, offers over 34,000m² of office space with 871 basement car spaces and end-of-trip facilities.

Our role ensured the integration of accessible design solutions throughout the workplace environment, parking, and cycling amenities, supporting inclusive access for office workers, tenants, and the public while aligning with regulatory requirements and best practice.
