Sol Apartments is a high-end Multi-Residential project containing 46 luxury apartments. As access consultants, a comprehensive review against the BCA was completed for all common areas, including the lobby, corridors, pool deck, and communal bathrooms, and any design limitations were addressed through performance solutions.
