We were engaged as the access consultant for The Henry, a multi-staged retirement village development in Canberra. The project includes Class 2 residential apartments, Class 1a detached dwellings, and a clubhouse with community facilities.

Our role focused on ensuring compliance with accessibility requirements and Adaptable housing standards for retirement living, addressing the diverse needs of residents. We provided expert guidance throughout all stages to support safe, inclusive, and adaptable environments that promote independent living, accessibility, and community connection.
