The Oaks is a build-to-rent apartment development designed to support flexible, long-term living for a diverse resident community. Designed around a village green, the development features adaptable apartments, thoughtfully planned communal areas, leafy views, and easy connections to all of Canberra.

Delivered in stages, the project presented challenges including complex site levels and sequencing, which required careful coordination and problem-solving to ensure compliance and accessibility. Collaborating closely with the project team, these challenges were successfully resolved to create an inclusive environment where residents can move comfortably, enjoy their surroundings, and live independently with confidence.
