We provided access consultancy services for The Oaks, a build-to-rent apartment development by Amalgamated Property Group and Milin Builders. Our involvement spanned from the pre-Development Application stage through to project completion, ensuring that adaptable units and communal areas met accessibility requirements.

Delivered in stages, the project encountered several challenges related to site levels and compliance with the National Construction Code and Australian Standards. Through close collaboration with the project team, these issues were successfully resolved, resulting in accessible, compliant, and inclusive outcomes for all residents.
